Organization Admin Essentials

Open the correct organization

Use the account switcher to select the organization, then open the admin area. The dashboard and menu reflect that organization’s data and enabled features.

Understand access

• Organization admins manage the features enabled for the organization.
• Advisors support learners but do not receive every administrative function.
• Menu items such as Cohorts, Licenses, Performance, Products, and Workflows appear only when enabled.

Start with Users, invitations, and cohorts, then choose Managing SAT learners or Managing Learning Paths.
