Term	Meaning
Learning Path	The learner-facing sequence of content, assessments, and support activities.
Workflow	The admin-side template that defines the steps and rules of a Learning Path.
Product	The offer learners can receive or enroll in. A product can be connected to a workflow.
Order / enrollment	The record that connects one learner to a product and creates their Learning Path.
Step	One required or optional activity in a Learning Path.
Prerequisite	A step that must be completed before another step unlocks.
Cohort	A group of organization members managed together, such as a class or intake.
License pool	An organization’s supply of subscription seats for a plan.
Seat	One learner’s assignment from a license pool.
Advisor	A person assigned to support learners, review work, or run meetings.
Organization space	A school- or business-specific Pathiva experience with its own members and enabled features.

Use Learning Path when describing what a learner sees. Use workflow only for the administrator tool and template.
