SAT Subscriptions and Access

Personal subscription

Open Subscriptions to review available plan information and manage the subscription actions shown for your account. Billing and renewal questions for a personal plan should go to Pathiva Support.

School-provided access

Your school may need to assign a seat from its license pool after you accept the invitation. If SAT Prep shows a subscription-required page or is missing:

Confirm that you opened the school’s organization space.
Confirm that you accepted the invitation with the correct email address.
Ask the school admin to check your seat assignment and the license pool’s availability.

School-provided seats, expiry, and reassignment are managed by the school. Do not purchase a personal subscription solely to work around an organization setup problem unless the school instructs you to do so.
