Interventions

When a learner needs a hand, admins can apply interventions from the progress view:

• Grant another quiz attempt
• Grant another assignment submission
• Reassign the assignment reviewer
• Retry reconciliation
• Mark as resolved
• Contact the learner (in-app message)
