Products, Workflows, and Enrollment

Prepare the learning offer

1. Open Products and create or select the offer learners should receive.
2. Confirm the product title, variations, status, and any organization-facing details.
3. Open Workflows and create a workflow or copy a suitable existing one.
4. Add steps, prerequisites, assignees, instructions, and completion rules.
5. Preview the learner experience, review validation and impact, then publish.

Enroll a learner

Create or confirm the order/enrollment that links the learner to the intended product variation. Then verify that the path appears for the learner and that its first expected step is available.

If the path is missing, check the learner’s organization membership, product variation, order state, and whether a valid workflow version was published.
