Monitoring Learner Progress

The builder includes a Learner progress tab:

• Summary cards — Enrolled, Not started, Active, Completed, and Needs attention.
• Per-step funnel — how many learners reached, are active in, completed, or are blocked at each step.
• Learner table — per-learner current step, completed/total steps, and last activity, with filters for status, step, and inactivity, plus name/email search.

Learner names and emails are only shown to admins with permission to view learner data. Per-step analytics show status counts (Completed, In progress, Pending, Queued, Failed, Skipped).
