Managing Learning Paths

Pathiva separates the reusable learning design from each learner’s assigned experience:

1. A product describes the offer.
2. A workflow defines its steps, prerequisites, assignees, and completion rules.
3. An order or enrollment connects a learner to the product.
4. The learner receives a Learning Path based on the published workflow.

Administrator checklist

1. Confirm roles and invite the required learners and advisors.
2. Create or select the product.
3. Build, validate, preview, and publish its workflow.
4. Enroll the learner or confirm the order.
5. Monitor progress and resolve attention states.
6. Review assignments and communicate with learners where required.
