Accept an organization invitation

1. Open the newest Pathiva invitation sent to your email address.
2. Select the invitation link before it expires.
3. Sign in or create an account using the invited email address.
4. Complete any organization-specific joining questions.
5. Open the organization space from My spaces.

If the invitation expired, ask an organization administrator to resend it. Administrators can also provide a fresh invitation link.

Open the correct space

An account can have a personal experience and one or more organization spaces. If expected SAT tools or Learning Paths are missing, return to My spaces and check that you opened the correct organization.

Access is still missing

Check the following before contacting support:

• You signed in with the email address that received the invitation.
• Your invitation was accepted successfully.
• You selected the expected organization.
• An administrator assigned any required license seat or enrollment.

For organization-provided access, contact your organization administrator first. For personal subscriptions or account failures, email support@pathiva.com and include the account email, page URL, and the exact message shown.
