Monitoring and Learner Support

Use workflow analytics or the learner’s path view to identify not-started, active, completed, and attention-required learners. Review the current step, completed step count, and last activity before contacting someone.

Resolve common attention states

  • Grant another quiz attempt when attempts are exhausted and another attempt is appropriate.
  • Grant another assignment submission after reviewing the prior attempts.
  • Reassign an assignment reviewer when the current reviewer cannot act.
  • Retry reconciliation when a published workflow change did not apply correctly.
  • Mark a resolved operational issue after confirming the learner can continue.

Publishing changes can update not-yet-started steps for active learners while preserving completed and in-progress work. Review Publishing before changing a live workflow.

Record why an intervention was needed and confirm the learner’s next step after applying it.
