SAT Licenses and Learner Access

Assign seats

Open Licenses & seats to review each license pool, plan, status, used seats, and available seats. Select an eligible learner and assign a seat. You can also choose a pool and automatic assignment while preparing invitations; assignment occurs when the invitation is accepted if a seat remains available.

Diagnose missing SAT access

Check, in order:

1. The learner joined the intended organization with the invited email address.
2. The invitation is accepted rather than pending or expired.
3. The learner has a seat in the correct active license pool.
4. The pool has not exhausted its seats.
5. SAT and the required exam features are enabled for the organization.

Do not remove another learner’s seat until you understand the organization’s reassignment policy and the effect on that learner’s access.
