Review participation, attempts, scores, and test-level results. Distinguish a learner who has not attempted a test from one who started but did not complete it.

Topic analytics

Use topic analytics to identify shared areas of difficulty and open a topic for learner-level detail. Filter by course, cohort, users, and topics when available. Export the filtered data only when permitted and store it according to your organization’s learner-data policy.

Combine several signals before intervening: attempt count, completion, score, topic evidence, and recent activity. Avoid making decisions from a single low-volume topic result.
