Your personal space and organization spaces can expose different features. Use the account or space switcher whenever expected tests, subscriptions, or Learning Paths are missing.

Conversations and notifications

Use Chat or Conversations to read and reply to messages from your organization. Unread indicators show new activity. Keep notification settings and your email address current so important invitations and reminders reach you.

For work assigned by an organization, contact your advisor or organization administrator first. Use the Support action for account, payment, or technical problems and include the details listed in Contact support.
